Suzanne is a professional Vancouver Health & Wellness Coach who works with people that experience health related issues affecting their lives and wish to take responsibility for their health and work to improve. She employs alternative health methods and strategies that result in better health, less stress, more joy and fulfillment.

Suzanne uses a “client-based” wellness coaching system which puts the client in charge of their health. Suzanne’s role is to ask powerful questions, listen, empower to elicit the skills and creativity a client already possesses rather advise or instruct. Through support, motivation and empowerment, Suzanne helps her clients to take the necessary steps towards achieving their goals.
